I’m saddened to see this company acquired by a larger corporation. Responses to complaints seem to be generic dismissals. The quality of customer service and product ingredients appears to be declining rapidly. I hope the grain-free options remain unaffected, as my dog could get seriously ill. It’s unfortunate to see a once-great dog food brand being compromised.
