The recent change in the recipe has caused my dog to vomit after every meal. Unaware of this change, my partner and I were very worried to see our dog throwing up solid, undigested food for four consecutive days. After some research, we discovered that chicken fat was added to the recipe, leading to various problems for dogs nationwide. After being a customer for six years, I won’t be returning, and now I'm stuck with a £65 bag of dog food that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone due to the issues it has caused. It seems profits come before anything else!

I received an email stating that my dog food order was being returned and that I would get a refund, but no explanation was provided. I ordered from another supplier in the meantime. The next day, the parcel was delivered, but I was told I’d have to pay for return shipping, which was nearly £20. I had no choice but to keep the food, which has a very short shelf life of just 7 weeks. I recommend the food, but not ordering directly due to poor customer service.
I have a Vizsla and thought this food would be ideal due to its hypoallergenic properties, but I couldn't resolve her ear issues. After removing certain meats from her diet, I saw some improvement. However, since switching brands, her ears have cleared up completely. It seems there might be something in this food that doesn’t agree with her.
