I received an email stating that my dog food order was being returned and that I would get a refund, but no explanation was provided. I ordered from another supplier in the meantime. The next day, the parcel was delivered, but I was told I’d have to pay for return shipping, which was nearly £20. I had no choice but to keep the food, which has a very short shelf life of just 7 weeks. I recommend the food, but not ordering directly due to poor customer service.
