I've been in touch with customer service for the past two weeks; they acknowledged my request but haven't provided any updates. When I purchased the product a week before Black Friday, they assured me of a 30-day price match guarantee, yet I've heard nothing about that. The initial representative I spoke with was very helpful, but I guess they're unavailable now. I’m just waiting for any response from the company and will update my review.
