The delivery is on a drop by drop basis and I must be there to signed off, one battery each day, it took for ever, the point Wellbots offer i dont see them they were supposed to get back to me, and nothing has been sone so far.
Caution! I placed an order on December 20, 2025, with a promise of shipping within 3 days. Now, on January 13, I still haven't received my item. Tracking it today shows that it won't arrive for another week. The support team has been extremely frustrating to deal with.
The products are fairly priced and arrived quickly. While it's not the company's fault, the delivery person dropped one of the batteries from about 5 feet. I haven't tested it yet, so I'm hoping it's still functional. If there are any issues, I trust the company or manufacturer will honor the warranty on these expensive batteries. I will certainly consider this company for future purchases.

I purchased a model with five batteries. The inverter arrived without accessories. I've been in touch with customer service for the past two weeks; they acknowledged my request but haven't provided any updates. When I purchased the product a week before Black Friday, they assured me of a 30-day price match guarantee, yet I've heard nothing about that. The initial representative I spoke with was very helpful, but I guess they're unavailable now. I’m just waiting for any response from the company and will update my review.
