I was approved quickly, but my wife faced a denial due to missing details. After providing the information a week prior to the deadline, it was never recorded, leading to rejection. They recognized their error but refused to correct it. Though one representative filed a grievance on our behalf, it was ineffective. Many staff members were hard to understand, and I was baffled by their inadequate training and practices.
