Their website does not well at all. I keep getting re routed and I cannot find a pharmacy, a dentist, or an optomitrist in my area. I have talked with some providers in my area and the say that wellcare is not easy to work with.
I got charged for tier 1 medications that I was told would be 0 copay when I enrolled. So i called about this issue and they said I needed to call whoever enrolled me. I will be switching to a different carrier on Monday.
This sets a very bad example for wellcare
