After I placed an order, I decided to cancel my membership before the free trial ended to avoid any surprise charges. I was under the impression that I would still have access to the free trial for the remainder of the month. However, I am now unable to check out without paying £48 for the annual membership. I reached out via email to request the restoration of my free trial, but have not received any response.
