I placed an order exceeding GBP£200.00 on Friday, January 9, 2026, as I find it difficult to use local supermarket options due to past traumatic experiences with a manipulative individual. This situation has deeply affected my life and my relationship with my only child, leading to emotional challenges that persist today. Living in this area has been a constant reminder of the emotional abuse I endured, which has impacted my ability to feel safe and supported. I had no idea that the next delivery would take a week or more, or I would have hesitated to place my order, especially since I am currently without supplies. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, I can't even consider another delivery service for immediate needs. I've attempted to cancel both my order and my membership, as I cannot afford additional fees for a service that doesn't deliver promptly. Order: 158590 placed on January 9, 2026. As of today (January 14, 2026), the service has generally been satisfactory, except for one item that was missing: "Bold Beans Classic Baked Beans". I would appreciate it if you could send me the missing item or process a refund. Overall, the packaging was impressive, with no damage or issues, but the delay and missing item prevented me from giving a full five-star rating today. Thank you!

Overall, I find the service to be quite good. They offer a variety of quality brands that can be difficult to find elsewhere, and the pricing is reasonable. However, my experience hasn't been entirely smooth. More than half of my orders have had issues, such as missing items or broken glass jars, which means I have to deal with cleanup and verify each order. It's frustrating to have to frequently reach out regarding damaged goods, especially considering the annual membership fee. The support team is responsive and does issue refunds for the affected items, along with some credits as an apology, which I appreciate. Yet, the problems persist despite assurances of improved packaging. With two babies at home, it's essential for my items to arrive in good condition without the added hassle.

Frustrating customer service experience.

I had a terrible experience. They use a delivery service that lost my package for the second time this year. I placed an order on November 24 and received a dispatch notification the next day. By November 28, the delivery service claimed to have delivered to a parcel shop, but after multiple visits, it was nowhere to be found. I contacted customer support for a replacement, but after several days of no response, they still asked me to locate the lost parcel, despite my reports.

Difficult to remove unwanted membership from cart.

There's no way to take the unwanted membership item out of the cart when purchasing products. At least they mention the automatic annual charge during checkout. However, I don't want the trial at all and prefer not to manually cancel the membership. It seems designed to trick customers into signing up. I will buy my products from another source.
