It's frustrating to have to frequently reach out regarding damaged goods, especially considering the annual membership fee. The support team is responsive and does issue refunds for the affected items, along with some credits as an apology, which I appreciate. Yet, the problems persist despite assurances of improved packaging. With two babies at home, it's essential for my items to arrive in good condition without the added hassle.
