After my credit card expired, I was prompted to update it. Unfortunately, their system erroneously created a second account, which I discovered upon receiving two packages. I requested to cancel my account, which they confirmed. However, I also asked for a refund or a product exchange. Despite reaching out three times via email, I have not received any reply. They are quick to take your money but slow to refund it. I just want my money back.
