After my credit card expired, I was prompted to update it. Unfortunately, their system erroneously created a second account, which I discovered upon receiving two packages. I requested to cancel my account, which they confirmed. However, I also asked for a refund or a product exchange. Despite emailing three times, I have not received any reply. They seem quick to take your money but slow to refund it. I just want my money back.

Steer clear of this company. If you subscribe, they only provide a 30 MINUTE RENEWAL NOTICE, mine came at 7 am. This is unacceptable. A company should give much more than 30 minutes' notice on a subscription renewal to ensure good customer practices and comply with consumer protection laws. New regulations require companies to meet specific legal obligations for consumer subscription contracts. A 30-minute notice is likely seen as insufficient and unfair by regulators. The law mandates reminders to be sent between 3 and 5 working days prior to the cancellation date for most subscriptions.

I purchased a sample sachet of the vanilla protein and I'm glad I did, as it tastes quite unpleasant. It has a strange aftertaste. I also tried the elixir as a sample sachet, and it also didn't taste good. I can't comment on long-term effects, but based on taste alone, it's a no from me.
