Update:Despite the Wellco reply seen below I am still awaiting a resolution to my experience mentioned here or a reply to 3 previous emails sent over the last week to customer services. Experience: Enjoyed the product but after attempting to delay my delivery, the request was ignored and I decided to try to cancel my subscription completely. Today I refused delivery from Royal Mail as I had attempted to cancel delivery last week. I had an email yesterday that Wellco were due to deliver today via Royal Mail. There is absolutely no way to cancel my subscription and I have only been able to attempt to cancel the next 3 deliveries. I am now 3 emails in and awaiting a response as the website does not allow me to cancel my subscription. This is not about caring for “middle class women of a certain age” but rather taking advantage and making them feel stressed and duped Very damaging for brand Elle. Questionable brand all around. Very happy to edit this review if I am proved wrong by excellent customer service here in.
