Great product (Super Elixir) but impossible to get ahold of their customer service. I am attempting to order my third batch and suddenly my address is no longer recognisable. I have sent 2 messages on their website, and 4 emails with no response. My original message was on the website in the middle of November with no response. I then emailed them directly and received a holding email from Kate, Customer Experience bot, advising they will be in contact within the next 24-48hours. I have emailed a further 3 times and have had no human contact at all (email sent 30th November). This is shockingly poor service. Is WelleCo in fear of making money?
