I really wanted to enjoy this product, but it has led to severe diarrhea and stomach issues for almost five weeks. I tried reducing the dosage to one teaspoon instead of two for three weeks, but the problems persisted. I'm quite let down, especially since the taste was not great either. I'm planning to try a different product next.
