If I could give a negative star, trust me I would. Ordered online, waited quite some time for product - no problem tho. Product arrived - not what I ordered AT ALL. So naturally, I contacted customer support, just wanting my money back (willing to send provided product back as it was not what I have ordered). No problem right? Wrong. I was first told 30% refund is maximum they can do, now they are offering 40%. For something that is completely their fault. DO NOT SHOP THERE! No professionality, customer rights do not exist for them.
