I purchased a treadmill in December and received it December 15 or so. In the beginning of February, the motor started sticking. Had to go back and forth with service through email because there is no customer service number and they have no customer service in the US. That wasn't a big issue. The big issue is when I received an email letting me know my product has been discontinued, most likely cause it's defective, and they offered me a portion of a refund not a full refund. Seems to me like they don't want to honor their own warranty.
