I received a treadmill from wellfit I noticed alot of damage to it . I took pictures and sent them to the company. They promptly responded and wanted to help with the situation. They asked if I could take pictures of box which I had one picture which wasnt great and the box had gone to the trash . I explained that also and they said they will stand behind the product they sold and offer to replace it . The company was quick to respond and wanting to help quickly. Alot of companies wouldn't do this . I highly recommend wellfit treadmill

I purchased a treadmill in December and received it December 15 or so. In the beginning of February, the motor started sticking. Had to go back and forth with service through email because there is no customer service number and they have no customer service in the US. That wasn't a big issue. The big issue is when I received an email letting me know my product has been discontinued, most likely cause it's defective, and they offered me a portion of a refund not a full refund. Seems to me like they don't want to honor their own warranty.

Excellent Treadmill Experience with Quick Support

The treadmill was fantastic, but unfortunately, it encountered a motor issue. Upon notifying the support team, they promptly offered a refund since my treadmill model was no longer available. I rate them 5 stars for their swift assistance and resolution.

Quick delivery and great packaging!

I received my walking pad in under five days, just as promised. It was packaged securely and was quite simple to set up. I appreciate the compact design of the model I chose, along with its longer walking deck compared to others. I'm excited to get back to a healthier lifestyle!

The customer support was exceptional! I had a unique situation, and we managed to resolve it through clear communication. Resolution reached after several emails

I exchanged four emails to resolve the issue, but I was pleased with the outcome from the service. The problem was with the handlebar not folding down due to a mechanical defect.

Handlebar folding issue

It took four emails to resolve the matter, but I was satisfied with the solution provided by the company. The issue was related to the handlebar's inability to fold due to a mechanical malfunction.
