If negative ratings were an option, I would choose one! I ordered one heater but got four. I thought I could review later, but was charged over £200 immediately! There was no way to adjust my order. I tried returning the items but had to complete a 'review' first. They offered discounts to keep the products when all I wanted was a return label. I ended up paying £9.70 more to return everything, only to find my order was rejected and sent back. What is wrong with this seller? Losing over £200 is a big deal!
