I'm facing ongoing issues: I returned the items to the address provided on the shipping label, as each time I inquired about a return address, I was offered a discount to keep the products. However, I received a notification that my package was refused and returned. GUESS WHAT?????!!!!! IT WAS NOT RETURNED TO ME!! THEY KEPT IT!! I attempted to reach out via the email provided in my previous correspondence (the support team responded), but it was UNDELIVERABLE!!! LET ME BE CLEAR....I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION!! £232.00 taken from my account without my consent is UNACCEPTABLE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CROOKS!!!!
I regret to say that I became a victim of a scam and lost a significant amount after purchasing two heaters. I realize now that I should have looked into the reviews more thoroughly before buying. It's alarming that there seems to be insufficient government oversight to protect consumers from such fraud. Additionally, the review platform should take more responsibility, as it permits the use of company names to spread misleading information without taking any visible action. I am very frustrated with these practices, which persist without consequence and harm consumers. I genuinely hope that these issues will be addressed by the relevant authorities and that justice will prevail.
If negative ratings were an option, I would choose one! I ordered one heater but got four. I thought I could review later, but was charged over £200 immediately! There was no way to adjust my order. I tried returning the items but had to complete a 'review' first. They offered discounts to keep the products when all I wanted was a return label. I ended up paying £9.70 more to return everything, only to find my order was rejected and sent back. What is wrong with this seller? Losing over £200 is a big deal!
According to trading standards, this seller operates from abroad, and the heaters are poorly made. They even suggest plugging it near a bathroom sink, which is very dangerous! They also don't inform you that you'll have to cover return shipping if the product is defective. This product does not work as advertised and seems like a scam. I hope authorities step in to protect consumers.
