Stupid of me to not check the reviews first. Do not purchase. Initial issues with receiving a refund. No surprise here. While we received the x 3 heaters they did not perform as advised. The refund process initially produced a "scam" response. I did eventually receive a refund of 70% of what I paid. The communication process with the support team was frustrating and inconsistent. Happy to receive the partial refund, without having to return the heaters. A huge lesson learnt. Feeling stupid for purchasing in the first place.
