DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! They have ZERO form of customer service. I purchased 2 heaters from them, received 4 and was charged for 4. I have contacted the company numerous times asking for a full refund and that I will return the heaters and they then ask me to complete a survey, because I decline (thinking that I should not have to provide any survey until I have received my refund and returned the goods) they then close my case and I have to start again. I have contacted them 4 times and gotten absolutely no where.So please do not make the extremely costly mistake that I have made. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY PLEASE!
