Really bad experience in the middle of a cold winter: no single response for two emails over three weeks; product function not matching advertisement:1. Unsafe Power Plugs – One unit arrived with loose/damaged power plug pin; all 3 units require power plug adapters for wall sockets, which is unstable, difficult and unsafe to use; 2. Low Heating Capacity – Heat generated from the units are not powerful enough to warm up even small rooms, such as our kitchen, bathroom and study room. This is unexpected and fall far short of what was promised in advertising; 3. Slow delivery - it took 18 days to deliver the products. It is significant slower than expectation.
