I'm facing ongoing issues: I returned the items to the address provided on the shipping label, as each time I inquired about a return address, I was offered a discount to keep the products. However, I received a notification that my package was refused and returned. GUESS WHAT?????!!!!! IT WAS NOT RETURNED TO ME!! THEY KEPT IT!! I attempted to reach out via the email provided in my previous correspondence (the support team responded), but it was UNDELIVERABLE!!! LET ME BE CLEAR....I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION!! £232.00 taken from my account without my consent is UNACCEPTABLE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CROOKS!!!!
