Gave them another chanceand they keep failing.Their own rules are draconian.The review applies to Ireland i am not sure what happening in other countries but their prices from the other reviews seems to be excessive.I have been on and off wellhub forced to give them another opportunity.Classes: I don't care i don't use it have no plan to use it so don't moan about it when you answer the review.Apps: freemium apps don't care don't use it does not add any value to my need of use.Online PT : they only have 2 don't care don't use it online PT will never work, actually they have only one the other one of ofcourse is YOGA.So to the body of review.In ireland its seems that "wellhub" is against adding functional gyms.They keep adding any sort of dancing classes belly dance fit dance whatever. YOGA everywhere all sort of random S*** that only only a niche of people use.I don't travel much pretty much need gym+ pool near the house and gym plus pool near work but the actual options are limited as they are against of adding gyms.I referred like 4-6 places during my time with " gym pass wellhub" call your self whatever. Non of those were added or they don't even bother to report back. You have no buying power here so go away before pitching yourself re think your purpose. If you here to save workplace money go for it but remove that you care about the employees themselves.I understand that you need to impress investors before planned IPO but you forgot what your actual goal and what problem you here to solve.Your checking in hostage fee is ridiculous if someone pay extra he should be able to go classes if he wish you can keep forcing people to pay you ( you do you i don't care i don't use classes) but don't complain after.Some of the 5 star reviews made by employees of your own companies which need to be reported to the trust pilot you guys are crooks.We literally in ireland had to take the cost of wellness on our bank account because you don't want to add any gym only places with really low traffic that on normal day does not have any traffic.Please evolve or just say thay here in ireland you can't deliver a real usable product.
