I ordered shoes, size 11.5 Color Grey. They sent me a size 10, color Brown! I asked for a refund, they gave me a 40% discount coupon. I re-orderd shoe size 11.5 color grey, and sent emails complaining, asking to them to fix the problem. They sent a size 10 again! and wrong color again! I just don't understand. why go through the bother to send me the wrong size and color twice? i cant ware a smaller shoe.This is the worst customer service!
