I ordered shoes, size 11.5 Color Grey. They sent me a size 10, color Brown! I asked for a refund, they gave me a 40% discount coupon. I re-orderd shoe size 11.5 color grey, and sent emails complaining, asking to them to fix the problem. They sent a size 10 again! and wrong color again! I just don't understand. why go through the bother to send me the wrong size and color twice? i cant ware a smaller shoe.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting an eternity, my package finally showed on their tracking as out for delivery. It was never delivered. After emailing to inquire, miraculously the tracking updated to “delivered” but no package ever arrived. 10 days after it was supposedly delivered I contacted them again to say it has never arrived. They refused to issue a refund or to contact the delivery carrier they contract, instead insisting that I track down their logistics provider and file a claim. I have instead started a charge back claim with my credit card company. What a pain, but judging from the other reviews here I might not be any happier even had it arrived. Beware!
Worst service ever not telephone to reach them. Do not respond to emails. Do not respond to chat room. They state that they dropped off my package sent to this day. I’m still sitting here waiting on a package that supposedly was delivered so please stay away from this website for sure, they rip you off.
Deceptive company. Avoid using. Sent wrong items and wrong size and wanted to charge to return goods and only give 30% back. Also didnt have the stock I ordered. However still advertising as available.Also claims to be from American however they are Chinese based.
Ordered two shirts that came in different sizes and were nothing close to the original design and stated quality. They have refused to honour the original order and have offered me a 25% discount off my next purchase. The idea that I would re-order anything from this company is optimistic on their part. Although the WEB site looks ok and the photos of some shirts appear attractive, it looks like they are a total scam outfit getting rid of surplus junk stock as the items that arrived have no resemblance to what I ordered and I would be embarrassed to hand them into a charity shop.
bought a jacket for $50 wanted L they sent 4XL. said it was too expensive to send back so I could keep the jacket. ..told them it was useless to me as it looked like a tent. offered me $15 .. refused their offer. they came back and said we'll send you the size you want if you pay postage. saids ok. then said all other sizes sold out. I said send me one of the shirts instead, they said they don't swap products. just went round in circles ..really poor customer service
SEVERELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you see this review before making a purchase consider yourself lucky. This is a "POS" company. They promote false product. China sizes/ not American. If you have a discrepancy with your order THEY ONLY REFUND a small percentage and not the full amount and think their doing you a favor by allowing you to keep the crap they sold you. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!! Scum of the earth business practices!!!!!!!!
