Their fault? You pay!

I ordered 2 products. One was close to the image on the site (just beware, they photoshop it to look better).However, the other item was not what I ordered and arrived damaged (significantly - could not wear it). Even this was okay because I know mistakes happen. But even though it was their fault, they offered me a 20% refund (and keep the item) or a 40% coupon for a new product!After a little back and forth, they would only offer a 50% refund for a mistake that was all theirs. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal because I hadn't dealt with them before. I'm sure I'll get the refund through them.
