Awful experience throughout. I placed an order in November 2025 and haven't received the product from this service. I suspect it's a scam and strongly advise against ordering any grounding items here; opt for a more trustworthy provider! The delivery was scheduled for December 8th, 2025, and here we are on January 11th, 2026, with no grounding sheet. I've reported the non-delivery multiple times, yet there's been no offer of a refund, a replacement, or any goodwill gesture. To make matters worse, this was a Christmas gift, and the service seems indifferent to resolving the issue. Truly terrible service!
