Disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed an order in November 2025 and still have not received the product from this service. I suspect it’s a scam and would advise others to avoid ordering any grounding products here; choose a more reputable provider! The delivery was due on December 8th, 2025, and now it's January 11th, 2026, with no grounding sheet. I've reported the non-delivery several times, yet there has been no offer of a refund, a replacement, or any goodwill gesture. To make matters worse, this was intended as a Christmas gift, which the service knows about, but they appear indifferent to resolving the issue. Truly abysmal service!

I purchased a king-sized fitted grounding sheet that significantly improved my sleep and relieved pain in my knees and ankles, also reducing my restless legs. Both my husband and I have been sleeping better. After about 10 months, my husband felt the sheet wasn't working as well, so I bought a tester that revealed the silver wires on his side were broken. I contacted the service, shared a video, and they agreed to replace the sheet, which I greatly appreciate and look forward to enjoying good sleep again!
Avoid this service! I spent £112.99, and their grounding double bed sheet was giving me electric shocks! When I asked for a refund, they refused but offered to let me return the sheet at my own expense, including customs fees, since their warehouse is overseas. The return costs nearly as much as the sheet! They offered me £30 back as a 'goodwill gesture.' I explained that the sheet could be dangerous, but they insisted it was my sockets causing the issue. Their claim of a money-back guarantee is false! Plus, if I return it, the packaging must remain unopened! Avoid!
Extremely frustrating! I placed an order on January 4th and received a confirmation that my order was out for delivery, only to get another email saying it had been reassigned to someone else! Now it's January 11th, and I'm still waiting for my order. This is a drop-shipped mail order service that takes your money and then sources from overseas. The website misleads you into thinking it's a local company with local stock. Had I known my order was coming from abroad, I would never have made the purchase! I'm now out £69! Stay away!
I ordered my grounding sheet but realized I ordered the wrong size (a common mistake for me). I reached out to the service for guidance, and Sarah responded promptly, walking me through the process. Following my previous review, I eventually heard back from Sarah after sending at least four cancellation requests. The responses were unhelpful, filled with excuses and untruths. They claim to be a British company, but all products come from overseas. If you wish to return items, you have to pay for shipping back to their warehouse. Do not believe anything they say. They simply quote their policies, ignoring my cancellation requests made right after ordering, even though they dispatched it two days later! I expect my money back! DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a bed sheet on a Sunday, had some bad news, and had to leave. I canceled the order and sent a note. I received a response from SARAH, but no real help followed. The service is appalling!
I ordered a bed sheet and pillowcases. The bed sheet arrived, but the pillowcases did not. I checked the cable for continuity, and there was none. In other words, I've paid for a sheet that doesn't work, rendering it useless. I feel completely conned for £200. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
