Following my previous review, I eventually heard back from Sarah after sending at least four cancellation requests. The responses were unhelpful, filled with excuses and untruths. They claim to be a British company, but all products come from overseas. If you wish to return items, you have to pay for shipping back to their warehouse. Do not believe anything they say. They simply quote their policies, ignoring my cancellation requests made right after ordering, even though they dispatched it two days later! I expect my money back! DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a bed sheet on a Sunday, had some bad news, and had to leave. I canceled the order and sent a note. I received a response from SARAH, but no real help followed. The service is appalling!
