Ordered a king size sheet and single sheet for another family member as the grounding sheets had been recommended by a friend. Did quite a bit of research and came across this company. Looked at their website which stated: "WellNatura Satisfaction GuaranteeWith the enthusiasm of hundreds of satisfied customers we serve daily, we are confident that our products will impress you.At our company, the customer always comes first. However, if you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 90 days of your order. We will refund the full purchase price upon return – hassle-free and no questions asked.The WellNatura Team". Delivery was quite slow and we tried them out for a few weeks with absolutely no results whatsoever for any one of us so I approached them to instigate a return of the items and get a refund (of nearly £200 I might add). Shocked that they advise that their returns policy states:"Conditions for Returns:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging".So how can you try these sheets out within the 90 day period, but then if you want a refund because they don't work, have to send it back in the original packaging UNUSED!!!!!!!!!!!Absolute con so advising people not to go near this company.
