I am very disappointed with this experience. It has been two months and I am still waiting for updates about my order (an winter pyjama). At this point, I no longer need the item.
I have tried to contact customer service multiple times but received no response at all. The lack of communication is unacceptable.
Overall, I would not recommend this store due to the extremely poor customer service and long delays.
