I have made a purchase of a set of 4 pillowcases the day 14 of January and the order number is #25751.
My package has never arrived and it has returned back to your address. 9 days ago I asked to refund the amount that I spent because I have never received my items but at the moment I haven’t still received the refund.
I have sent numerous email and call a lot of time. I have spoken with Patrick and Kabila at the assistance. They told me that they will proceed with the refund. This is the email that Patrick sent me by your assistance email on date 09/02.

I placed an order in November last year and I still haven't received it! Now they took out their phone number from their website. No answer to emails and no more phone number.
THIS IS A SPAM. TOOK MY MONEY AND NO PRODUCT!
I've waited for two months for my order, yet there's been no progress. I've contacted the support team multiple times, only to receive excuses for the delay without any real tracking information. I really hope this isn't fraudulent, but it certainly feels that way.
Extremely disappointing experience.
I placed an order in November, but the shipment never left. I reached out multiple times, and each time I received the same generic response that my order was about to ship. The order never arrived.
When I requested a refund, there was no response.
This feels like a scam. I shouldn't have to call; my email is on file and my order number is 19905.
Please reach out to me and process my refund.

Complete disappointment! I received three notifications stating my order had shipped, yet nothing has arrived since 30.11. Avoid providing your email or phone number; they never respond! I want a refund. Offering 10% off the next purchase is pointless if you can't fulfill the current one!
In response to the company's reply: I was not informed at any point about a lack of stock. I have emails and even their previous response to my review confirming the misleading shipment. At no time did they mention it would take 1.5 months. I can provide photos showing the discrepancies between what was offered and what I received. It's clear that there are supposed to be comments on their social media, yet none are visible when checked. I've exchanged over ten emails with promises of shipments in 48 hours, next Friday, next Monday, etc., none of which were fulfilled, along with communications about a 'partial refund' that never materialized. I am finished with this and have no intention of returning anything as I want nothing further to do with them. This has been the worst consumer experience I have ever encountered. I am writing a second review after finally receiving my package: - 1.5 months of waiting for shipping, numerous false claims about shipping dates, and I received it only after leaving home for the holidays (order placed on 12.11 and received on 22.12). - The products received are entirely different from those displayed on their site; the scrunchies are very thin, and the bonnet lacks the adjustable elastic seen in the images. Both items appear cheap, resembling products from overseas resellers. - They attempted to persuade me to change my opinion to a more favorable one. - On multiple occasions, they promised a partial refund for the lengthy wait, which I have yet to see in my account. In summary: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE DISHONEST ABOUT SHIPPING, PRODUCTS, AND REFUNDS, AND THEY TRY TO MANIPULATE CUSTOMERS INTO CHANGING REVIEWS AND REMOVING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA.
Extrêmement décevant ! Mon mari a passé une commande le 14 décembre. Le site annonce un traitement en un jour ouvré, mais la commande n’a été expédiée que le 24 décembre, soit après 10 jours calendaires. Nous avons dû nous-mêmes relancer pour obtenir des nouvelles. Pendant ce temps, la société a mis en cause les transporteurs pour le retard, alors que la commande n’avait tout simplement pas été expédiée. À cause de ce manque de fiabilité et de communication, mon mari a dû acheter un autre cadeau de Noël en urgence. Délais non respectés, manque de transparence et service peu sérieux. Je ne recommande pas.
Complete scam. I ordered a silk pyjama on November 30, promised delivery in 3-4 days. After 8 days, I inquired and was told it would arrive in another 5 days, but nothing came. I asked multiple times for a refund, but received no response. Now, 24 days later, still nothing. This company is either a fraud or completely incompetent.
