In response to the company's reply: I was not informed at any point about a lack of stock. I have emails and even their previous response to my review confirming the misleading shipment. At no time did they mention it would take 1.5 months. I can provide photos showing the discrepancies between what was offered and what I received. It's clear that there are supposed to be comments on their social media, yet none are visible when checked. I've exchanged over ten emails with promises of shipments in 48 hours, next Friday, next Monday, etc., none of which were fulfilled, along with communications about a 'partial refund' that never materialized. I am finished with this and have no intention of returning anything as I want nothing further to do with them. This has been the worst consumer experience I have ever encountered. I am writing a second review after finally receiving my package: - 1.5 months of waiting for shipping, numerous false claims about shipping dates, and I received it only after leaving home for the holidays (order placed on 12.11 and received on 22.12). - The products received are entirely different from those displayed on their site; the scrunchies are very thin, and the bonnet lacks the adjustable elastic seen in the images. Both items appear cheap, resembling products from overseas resellers. - They attempted to persuade me to change my opinion to a more favorable one. - On multiple occasions, they promised a partial refund for the lengthy wait, which I have yet to see in my account. In summary: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE DISHONEST ABOUT SHIPPING, PRODUCTS, AND REFUNDS, AND THEY TRY TO MANIPULATE CUSTOMERS INTO CHANGING REVIEWS AND REMOVING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA.
