The plant I received bore no resemblance to the plant shown in the picture. It was a different height and shape and does not fit into the intended location. Sent the company a request to resolve the issue through their enquiry form and by email - no reply to either. Unsubscribed, blocked their ads, and I will never buy from them again. Better to physically go to a plant shop or nursery. Unethical company -rude, and poor customer service. Avoid. Poor plants - they deserve better than this ....Edit: 30 Oct. I can assure you I was a customer! I stated FACTS! I paid Dhs 199 for the poor plant and I have the receipts on my Tabby card. In fact the Tabby app requested me to review the purchase from you a few days ago!! So your reply is lies, libel and nonsense. Own up to your poor customer service rather than deflecting blame. FYI - I had sent an email and filled out the query form on your website. Two separate requests for you to contact me. No response. I can prove it. No reply to either communication. You don’t even deserve 1 star. I will report you to the authorities. Your total 1.5 rating on Trust Pilot and the arrogant copy paste reply to all customers calling you out speaks volumes ... just stop it! You are further embarrassing yourselves with such stupidity.
