The runner I ordered arrived with a defective binding. It had a 1.5 inch gap where it was not sewn. After an email exchange asking to return and refund they offered me 90% refund. We agreed to a 100% refund and I did not need to return the rug. They also left me a voice mail with this promise. I have yet to get my refund and will have to contest the charge with my credit card.
