I am extremely disappointed with this company. I paid specifically for fast delivery, and they failed at every possible step.The first delivery failed because the driver went to the wrong location, despite having the correct address. After that, I contacted customer service and provided very clear instructions, including exact delivery details and a photo of the door where the item could be safely left.Despite all of this, the driver went to the location again, did not leave the item, did not call, and simply left. No explanation, no attempt to resolve it.Customer service is just as bad. It appears to be run by one person, and it takes around 30 minutes on hold just to speak to someone. When you finally get through, nothing actually gets resolved.This has been a complete waste of time and money. The service is disorganised, unreliable, and clearly does not care about customers once they’ve taken payment.Totally avoid buying from them. There are far better companies out there that actually deliver what they promise.
