I have never dealt with a company like this before and have only given 1 star because I couldn't give a 0! The measurements they gave didn't include one of the ends correctly so it was the wrong size. It took them almost 2 weeks to accept the return but would not arrange for collection of the bath, I had to arrange myself with a courier. This would have cost the same amount as the bath to return so we took it back ourselves. It then took over 2 weeks for them to acknowledge receipt of the bath - I also had to send proof of return even thought the assistant had recorded on the computer there and then that it had been returned. I then have only received part of the refund - I can only assume that it is because the bath is now on sale, as I have yet to receive a response as to why I haven't received my full refund a week and a half after messaging them about it, I am just being ignored!!! Please do not buy anything from this company, I have tried to put a review on their website but it doesn't actually allow you to so I have no idea where all of the 'great' reviews on there have actually come from? I would never use this company again, even if they were giving stuff away for free

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!
The wrong items were delivered, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, the customer support is nearly non-existent. Emails were overlooked, phone calls went unanswered, and there was no genuine effort to address the problem. When investing a considerable amount in bathroom products, one expects precision, responsibility, and basic communication — none of which were offered here. Receiving incorrect items is already frustrating, but the total absence of support afterward is intolerable. It seems that once they have your payment, they lose interest in resolving issues. I would highly recommend finding another company that truly values its customers and upholds its service. I am now left with unusable items and no resolution in sight.

Pretty awful

Pretty awful. They delivered most of the order except for a sink, this was on a separate order. I’ve waited three weeks and sat on hold three times to be told they’ll call me back but they don’t. I called today and asked for a refund, they won’t issue it as they have to open an investigation. Save your money and shop at a reputable place. The products that were delivered were also pretty poor quality.

Customer service is non existent. Website chat page replies after 48 to advise to call office number. No emails back from Customer service. On hold for 30 mins then call ended. Can't even view order on phone webpage due to glitches. No communication. Still waiting on items after 15 days after spending £1000. AVOID.

Wrong items sent / Poor customer service

Purchased our entire bathroom, ensuite and WC suites through We Love Bathrooms. Good quality products, however poor distribution and customer service.Purchased 2x Nuie shower bundles across separate orders. They did not send the matching Nuie slide rail kits on both orders! Instead sending a cheaper incompatible slide rail without valve system. False advertisement for what is shown on their website - I can see they have the Slide rail in stock to buy independently!I have raised this with customer services, after 30 minutes of waiting in a queue on the phone, was told to register it as a missing item on via their website.They then sent a cheap plastic valve system, without any communication to me, and ignoring the fact the slide rail was incorrect.I contacted customer service again (30 minute wait) to be told it will be investigated and will receive a call back next day - No call-back received.I've contacted them again today (30 minute wait) to get to the front of the queue, and onto a voicemail!Unacceptable service, and I would not consider the cost saving worth the hassle.**Update - Replacement part ordered, and received. Correct make, wrong model. Attempted another call to their customer service - 26 minutes in the queue, operator answered and immediately cut off. Back in the queue. Please don't waste your time, like they have mine.

Dreadful Order/dispatch comms

So far this is a review of the company's ordering and dispatch process - which is really poor.I ordered an in-stock item off the website (which advertises 2-3 days delivery on in-stock items) on 13th January and to date (22 Jan) haven't heard anything about when it might be dispatched - never mind delivered - During this time the order is simply listed in the shopify "shop" app as "ordered".Trying to contact welove via the "shop" app doesn't work - they've listed a "noreply" email address on there; Indeed they list that "noreply(AT)welove.co.uk" email address as their main contact email for their "Account" section - of course - it's a noreply email - so if you try to contact them on it you just get a reply saying "You have sent your message to an address which is not monitored"They offer a "track your order" form - but you submit it and receive no reply. (I've tried twice, leaving more than the recommended 24 hours between attempts)I waited for an hour on their phone line - counting down a queue only to get to position one and... WAS ASKED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!I know these things are often a result of a small business receiving an overwhelming amount of orders - and if that's the case here, then good for them - but the way they're treating customers will not mean any of those customers come back.I tried their "chat" facility only to be re-routed to the "track my order" form again.Eventually, in exasperation I called their Wigan showroom directly - to speak to a lad who couldn't help but explained that because everything is back-ended on gmail that repeated contacts just get "stacked" into email threads.I *hope* this is just an example of a good company being let down by tech - unfortunately, it sends out a really bad signal. I will update this review if and when I get a better outcome

Absolutely awful experience from start…

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.We Love Bathrooms split my delivery without any notification, which meant my plumber arrived (and was paid) only to find that the correct items to complete the installation had not been delivered. This could have been avoided entirely with basic communication.When I raised this ad explained i had been forced to pay the plumber to travel to pick up the items needed locally, I was eventually told I would be refunded and specifically instructed them NOT to deliver the remaining items. I also clearly warned them that their previous driver had dumped parcels at my door without ringing the bell and asked that this must not happen again so that i could refuse delivery.They ignored all instructions.The delivery driver once again dumped the items at my door without knocking, despite me expressly stating I did not want the items delivered at all. I then wasted even more time dealing with their incredibly complicated and frustrating returns process, all for an issue caused entirely by their mistake. I must add that the constant 1 hour waits on the customer service line every time I have to call, Says a lot about the amount of people complaining to them! and there are a lot of these calls as they will not reply with emails or even their online chat (this states not to wait for an answer as all answers are emailed and this email never comes) they also try quite hard to hide the email address on the website (this can't be found on the contact page where you would expect or anywhere ese visible when i searched and when i bought this up after another 1 hour on hold session, they replied with "It's on the terms and conditions page!" Try to find an email address yourself before placing an order and this will indicate how much of a problem you will have after they have your money. Is an email address not what a CONTACT page is for?To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund until the items were returned, even though I had explicitly told them not to deliver them in the first place. This left me now not only out of pocket but having to chase them repeatedly to correct their own error.After then asking the operator on one of the long waited "you are caller number 10" phone calls "What will happen if the courier picks my item up and then either damages or loses it, who would be liable to pay?" I had lost faith in this company and its credibility at this point and was worried they just didn't want to have to refund at all' i got the reply "I'm not answering that as its hypothetical and i don't need to give an answer to something that hasn't happened." It took a lot of explaining that it was a reasonable request and another long, long on hold session (I think a further 20 mins but can't be exactly sure on this) i finally got reassurance that i would not be liable as long as i took photos of the item and the driver receiving it and emailed them to We Love Bathrooms... (yes, don't we just!)Poor communication, failure to follow clear instructions, careless delivery practices, and a refusal to take responsibility. I would not recommend We Love Bathrooms to anyone who values their time, money, or sanity.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This is the worst company ever!

Ordered a shower on 18th December. Now it’s the 8th January and still no shower. If you phone customer service and on hold, it automatically has an answer phone switch on after 30 mins wait. No phone calls back. Spoke to Sara via email on the 30th Dec who said she would contact the supplier and give me an update as it is despatched directly from them. No response despite emailing, chat and phoning.Chat is apparently not customer service, so they do not have any other tracking info?!!!Lost several hours chasing them this week alone.This is a complete shambles and they do not care at all about their customers as a company, they were quite happy to debit your money straight away and then leave you in limbo.We will now contact Trading standards, reverse charge our card if necessary and whatever else it will take for the CEO to get off his backside and get himself on the frontline where the shit show is happening.
