Not a good experience, terrible returns process and tried to charge me for their inadequate service. After three weeks, I had only received part of my order and phoned them to cancel as I had to source the product locally. I requested that I return the part they had sent (valves for a radiator). The returns process is slow while you wait for authorisation, you have to fill out two forms, it really is laborious. They then said as I had the part for over two weeks they were charging me a 25% restock fee! Even though they had never sent me the full product and the only reason I had the part for longer than two weeks was because I was waiting for them to deliver the rest of the order (the radiator to go with the valves and a vanity). The other reason for the delay in the return was me waiting for them to authorise the return itself. I am not sure whether they realise that they are in breach of contract with this process. Delivering an incomplete order then trying to charge me when I ask to return the incomplete order. Shocking service. The only good service I got was from a customer service agent Beth. She was helpful despite having to implement a terrible returns procedure. I will not use the company again. Beware, if you think you might need to return the product then I would think again.
