We originally ordered a right-hand facing sink for a vanity unit. Due to unforeseen issues during our bathroom build, we needed to relocate the toilet waste, which meant we required a left-hand facing basin instead.The original sink was never opened and remained exactly as delivered in its original packaging. We contacted the company to request an exchange, which they flatly refused, insisting we purchase the replacement separately. They advised that we could return the unused sink for a refund once it was received back, provided it had not been opened. We were also required to pay for the return courier, which we did.DPD collected the item and delivered it next day. We were then notified that the company had refused delivery, claiming the box was damaged. We were sent photos of the packaging. There was no damage whatsoever. The box was in exactly the same condition as when we received it.DPD confirmed the parcel was being returned to us and that the company was refusing to process a refund. This directly contradicts what their own representative told us when purchasing the replacement, when we were explicitly assured a refund would be issued as long as the item was unopened, which it was.This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The company appears to be deliberately obstructive when it comes to refunds and is now refusing to answer calls or engage in any discussion to resolve the issue.Their prices may look attractive, but do not be fooled. If anything goes wrong, expect poor communication, broken promises, and an outright refusal to take responsibility. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
