Speedy delivery but missing the sink , and then upon unpacking , found damage to the vanity unit.
My heart sank as I envisaged the trauma to follow ....

ONE quick phone call , an email with photo of damage and immediately replacements were sent out.
The same phone call resulted in We love Bathrooms being informed my the manufacturer, who had directly dispatched the items , that the sink was damaged in transit and they were sending another .

Damages during delivery can happen , no fault of WE Love , but I have never experienced such hassle free, A1 customer service .
