I put in a complaint back in early November about orders, not being fulfilled properly and giving the wrong orders over the past year. I called customer service. They said they were gonna help me out and they never did. They gave me the runaround. I’ve called them close to 4 to 5 times since November They said that they were gonna give me a gift card towards $80 of meals because I had 4 to 5 meals messed up at $20 apiece and I’m still waiting on the gift cards. I’ve talked to different managers and different people at customer service and they’ve done absolutely nothing. Wendy’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would never eat there ever again or tell anyone to eat at Wendy’s ever again, they are so unprofessional. it’s been going on for months now and they have still not done anything to help me out all they keep telling me is that they’re gonna send me a gift card and they’ve never sent me anything. This is not how you deal with angry customers and upset customers. They told me that they had to do all these investigations and this and that and yet nothings ever come about, they never called me back nothing. I’m tired of calling them over and over and them telling me that they’re gonna help me out which I’m still waiting.
