Wendy's during normal hours is a three star experience on a good day. Wendy's after nine pm is a completely different and significantly worse operation. Pulled into the drive thru at ten on a Friday and waited eleven minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. When someone finally came on the speaker they informed me half the menu was unavailable. Got my order, pulled home, opened the bag and found someone else's order inside. Called the location and no one picked up. I keep making the mistake of thinking late night fast food will be fine and Wendy's keeps proving me wrong.
