Terrible shipping, worse customer service. I ordered 4 puzzles, costing over $200. Three puzzle boxes arrived. The box they were packaged in looked like it had been submerged in water and then used as a soccer ball. The puzzle boxes inside were not wrapped in cellophane, and the two on the outside were damaged. One box appeared to have two puzzles as the cover had a picture of one of the puzzles, and the bottom box, another. When trying to contact the company by phone, I was told it was only the order line, that I had to dial another extension for customer service. There is no way to enter an extension, and the employee will not transfer.
