Even after confirming that the other items from my order were delivered separately, they still insist on a police crime reference number before processing a refund. This is completely unreasonable. According to consumer rights regulations, the retailer is accountable for ensuring delivery, not the customer. Asking me to report a crime for an item I never received is both unfair and illegal. I've spent too much time communicating with their support team, only to encounter shifting excuses and a lack of accountability. I am now taking this matter to the relevant authorities. I recommend steering clear of this company if you prioritize honesty and effective customer service.
