If I could rate lower, I definitely would. I placed an order for a tree on December 3rd and opted for next working day delivery. As of the 8th, I still have not received the tree, nor any dispatch information from the delivery service. The seller claims it's an issue with the delivery service due to significant delays and is unwilling to issue a full refund until the tree arrives. They expect me to 'refuse delivery,' after which it will supposedly be sent back to them, and only then will they process my refund. The tracking updates are nonexistent, and it seems the package is lost in the system. Despite explaining this to the seller, they continue to refuse a refund until the tree is returned. This is unacceptable service and incredibly unfair. I'm now £200 out of pocket, with no tree and no assurance that it will ever arrive. I plan to escalate this matter to the ombudsman to recover my funds. AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM!
