A few years back, I bought a stunning 7-foot flocked tree with integrated lights, and it quickly became my pride and joy. When I reached out to the support team for assistance, I was disappointed to learn that the parts weren't guaranteed, and they recommended wrapping additional lights around the top or purchasing a new tree since it was out of warranty. This situation was particularly difficult for me as I had saved carefully to purchase this dream tree, which is not easily attainable for families on a tight budget. It's disheartening to think that the built-in lights may not have been the best investment. Additionally, the flocking seems to deteriorate over time, losing its original beauty.
