I've had a rather frustrating experience with WES; the institution sent documents more than 10 days ago, and since then, nothing has changed in my applicant portal. I have called them via the number listed online, and each time they keep saying, "Give us some time to escalate the matter to our internal team," and nothing changes. The online tool you can use to submit a ticket does not resolve anything; it only asks for a reference number. This is COMPLETELY frustrating!!
