My experience with WES has been extremely disappointing. The communication has been unclear, and each time I uploaded a document, they requested something different with no proper explanation. My degree is already verified through Qualification Check, yet WES kept asking for more paperwork. I’ve spent a lot of money, and the delays—since June—have negatively affected my career and promotion process. WES needs to improve transparency, processing time, and customer service. If they cannot complete evaluations promptly, refunds should be considered.
